Sidewalk-to-Bathroom Safety

We are making the following improvements to ensure sidewalk-to-bathroom safety:

1. Fencing will be added to create a complete barrier down the entire sidewalk.
2. Students will use a walking rope to ensure they all stay together.
3. When our construction liaison and MLC director see the need, workers will stop working while children walk by the site.
4. When the construction is close to the sidewalk and we are able to use the back door through the kitchen we will do so.
5. The gate at the end of the sidewalk will stay closed.
